Q. How can I place an order on the website? To make a purchase, follow these steps:

  2. You can choose to "Continue Shopping" and add more items to your cart or proceed to "Checkout" for payment.
  3. If you have an existing account, log in with your Username and Password. If you don't have an account, you'll need to register before proceeding.
  4. Confirm your shipping address on the "Shipping Address" page and click "Next."
  5. Select your preferred shipping method and click "Next."
  6. Choose your payment method and click "Next."
  7. Reconfirm your billing details and agree to the terms and conditions.
  8. Finally, click "Confirm Order" to complete your purchase.

Q. What payment methods are available?

  2. Offline Bank Transfer

For Offline Bank Transfer, use the following details:

After making the payment, please send us the following payment details:

  • Bank Name

Q. How can I update my account information and shipping address? To update your account information and shipping address:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on "Account Maintenance."
  3. Edit your account information and shipping address here.

Q. I forgot my account password. How can I reset it? If you've forgotten your account password:

  1. Click on "Lost Password?"
  2. Enter the email associated with your account.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. You'll receive a verification token via email, allowing you to choose a new password for your account.

Q. Can I cancel an order that is already placed? Yes, you can cancel an order if it's still in pending status. Please email our customer service at [email protected] with the subject "Request to Cancel Order" to inform us of the cancellation. Orders that are in the shipping or shipped status cannot be canceled.

Q. What currency is used for transactions? All product transactions are conducted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

Q. How long does delivery usually take? Delivery typically takes about 2 to 3 working days for addresses in Semenanjung Malaysia and up to 7 working days for East Malaysia.
