International Orders (Orders Sent to an Address outside Malaysia)
If your parcel was sent using Pos Malaysia International Air Parcel, you can track here. You need to call the local post office in your country and provide them with the tracking number we have given you as they should be able to track the parcel for you. If they are unable to track the parcel you can contact Pos Malaysia email firstname.lastname@example.org. If in the rare event that it has been four weeks since your parcel was sent and you still have not received it, please contact Growingkidz.com.my here and we will place an investigation with Pos Malaysia.
